i've been eating dole frozen fruit bars to get a serving of fruit as well as a sweet treat! the small bars are 45 calories and the bigger ones are 90. they fill me up, and provide nutrients instead of snacking on an empty calorie dessert. i really enjoy the acai flavor for a little superfood boost too!
