I like this. :) I never really thought about taking the stairs... It's a good idea.

I keep a set of 8-lb. weights by desk for quick work outs in the office.

hang your clothes outside on a clothesline--this saves electric energy, but as you bend down to take clothes out the the laundry basket and then reach to hang them up on the line--you are bending and stretching!

1. Train your car to park at the far edges of any parking lot, not as close to the entrance as it can get.

Get more walking by parking at the outer edges of parking lots and walking in.
Stretch and bend by storing frequently used pots, pans, and dishes on the top shelf of your upper cabinets or on the lowest shelf of your base cabinets.
