The best diet is one based on delicious and appealing meals (like those you make from EatingWell recipes!). But Nutrisystem's prepackaged meals ARE nutritiously balanced, so that you can cut calories and still get the nutrients you need.

I cannot stand fad diets. I think that all they do is set us up for failure and disappointment because as soon as you go off of it - you gain your weight back! I have really been working hard in the past year on eating whole and healthy food, minimizing processed stuff, drinking lots of water and I take my daily Vidazorb chewable probiotic! I have read that they can help wtih weight management - and I just want to make healthy choices and feel good! My next goal is a good workout plan!!

Is the nutrisystem meal plan a healthy diet to follow? I have never tried it nor do i plan to. For one the food doesnt even look that appetizing and 2. how healthy can food be that comes in a cardboard box that can be delivered and left on your doorstep?
Just curious since i seem to see the info-mericals everyday.
