Focus on the food. Savor and enjoy the experience. Remove distractions. Pay attention to your tongue. When you've had enough your taste buds shut down. Food doesn't taste as good. But you have to be paying attention to notice. If you eat after that point you are just eating a memory. Eat when you're hungry. Stop when you're satisfied.

Whenever I fel like snacking in the evening, I put my whitening trays in. My teeth look better and so do I!
