I would like to flip the calorie intake...more calories in the morning and less for dinner...any suggestions on how to do that? I am new to trying to eat healthy and having a heck of a time figuring out what to eat! I was recently diagnosed pre-diabetic and was told to eat the largest calories in the morning and the least calories at night...I was not good at food preperation BEFORE getting diagnosed and really lost now that I have to watch everything and lose weight!

Brussels sprouts, parsnips, beets, turnips, and carrots (roasted). Kale stir fried in olive oil with sliced garlic is very goof.
