Sliced apple (gala or cripps pink are my faves) dipped in vanilla greek yogurt. It's my 3 pm boost, lasts through till dinner!

Energy (nut) Bars. Event though they seemed to have high calories and energy level, but they are nutritious as nuts contains nutrients that are essential for our body. Moreover, it can help one away from hunger for a long time. Bars are convenient healthy food that should be in your bag whenever you go. Grab one now and have them on the way to school and work!
