No, but I keep a piece of peeled fruit in my bag so I can eat it post work out so I'm not starving before I can get home and make a healthy choice.

I do not eat before an a.m. workout, although merely out of necessity. I eat my oatmeal or cream of wheat once I get to work. Should I eat prior??

No I do not eat breakfast before I workout, but I will eat a fruit such as an apple, or a banana, some rasins, and a spoon of organic peanut butter with a slice of whole grain bread to bring up my sugar level, After about an hour and a half of exercise then I will have my breakfast which is oatmeal with soy milk,granola, and some rasins.Or sometimes I may have a protein drink that I make myself with some plain yogurt, soy milk, peanut butter, flaxseed, wheat germ, a banana and some soy chocolate milk

On a workout day... never before the workout..... I drink a drink of N.O. Explode, a drink that provides sustained energy, mental focus, electrolytes, and some carbs.....about 15 mins. prior ro workout...Then after a good workout I eat a balance of carbs and protein.

I am very particular about having breakfast every morning. It gives me energy to face my day.
It is said to help us in our diet. that's why I've never skipped my breakfast.

My go to breakfast before a work out is a slice of Ezekial whole grain toast with a very thin coating of spun honey, topped with organic peanut butter. Yum, I get protein, fat, and carbohydrate. This really holds me, and it prevents low blood sugar dips.

For me it's important to eat something that I can digest easily. I usually will make some black tea - sweeten with a little honey, have a banna, and also toast a breakfast pita. I like the pita's that are whole grain with raisins and nuts in them. I put on the pita, peanut butter or any nut butter and the PC jam.
Grap my water bottle and I am good to go for at least a solid hour run or work out. It's also important to
eat right the previous day during the hours of 12 - 5 pm for the following morning's work out - this also will fuel the workout properly.
