Brierley asks: Do you eat breakfast before a morning workout?

All of these breakfasts sound delicious, especially the muesli! I love cereal, so that would be an awesome choice.

An hour before doing pilates, I enjoy a container of fat free yogurt with a serving of muesli. I mix them together and it's filling and long lasting.

These ALL sound good but how many calories do they contain?
Calories DO count don't they.
I would like to eat like this, but not at the cost of just as high or higher calories.

Muelsi is WONDERFUL, and lasts a long time. If you're like me and have a sweet tooth at night, make up a bowl of hot muelsi an hour or so after dinner, but more than 3 hours before bed, and it will hold you off till breakfast the next morning. As someone else said, muelsi and yogurt is awesome together. I don't really know about the rest though.

I made the banana-bran muffins, and was extremely pleased. However, I did use the "Original Fiber One" bran cereal in this recipe. I smashed the bran in a large plastic baggie, before anding it. I loved the way the muffins turned out. Thank you Eating Well!
