My husband and I love to eat when we are watching TV. It's very comforting, however, I'm sure that's where we gain the majority of our weight. Eating at night is another way I'm sure we pack on the pounds. The best way I find to beat these habits is to drink a large calorie-free cup of hot green tea(with a little honey if you like it sweet). If I would just stick to this at night or when watching TV I think it would help alot.
