You disapprove of coconut oil and almond flour -- both of which allow diabetics and others on medically-supervised low-carb regimens to enjoy something that at least LOOKS a little like a biscuit once in a blue moon -- yet do not include low-carb meals in your "healthy" listings.

For a testimonial, I lost 30 lbs. by eating smaller amounts several times a day. I had tried to loss weight for several years, but nothing was helping, including exercise (I mountain climb every morning & cross-country ski). I gained weight because I was gaining muscle, but the pounds just didn't come off. When I finally tried this, then the pounds came off--slowly, mind you, but they came off. I have maintained this weight for 5 years now.
