I love Starbuck's chocolate banana smoothie. It contains the perfect blend of everything I need, while satisfying my hunger. The smoothie provides just enough sugar and caffeine to get me going, and plenty of protein and fiber to keep me going. I also get a serving of fruit while satisfying my sweet tooth with its chocolaty goodness. I'd have one everyday if I could afford it!

I live in Southern NJ. We have a convenience store called Wawa. Don't know what I would do without it. Anyway, they have a turkey sausage, egg white and cheese. You can get it on any type of bread you want...bagel, english muffin etc. But it usually comes on a bagel. These are wonderful.

The egg white english muffin sandwich at sub way is wonderful. I get it with a thin slice of ham, egg whites ( you dont miss the yolk ) onion, green pepper, pepper jack cheese and jalopenos. The english muffin is whole wheat. For a splurge I might add some lite mayo, salt n pepper. Its really good and with coffee only costs $2.68 with tax!
