Blah, blah, blah - I'm so SICK of these articles that tell you how not to overeat on Thanksgiving. Everything in moderation means PRECISELY that you can eat a big meal on ONE STINKIN' DAY OF THE YEAR and NOT feel guilty about it! The "damage" doesn't come from just one meal, people! The damage comes from lifestyle choices made day after day, year after year, so if you're already eating healthy, ONE BIG MEAL ISN'T GONNA KILL YOU! Enjoy your Thanksgiving day with family, friends, and special food that only comes around once a year and STOP TRYING TO MAKE US FEEL GUILTY ABOUT IT!
