I really dislike when people tag Jamba Juice as 'unhealthy'. Jamba Juice aims at the typical fast food eater- the one who eats b-fast at Mcdonalds, the one who goes to Quiznos/TacoBell for lunch. Their mission is just letting them know that they can replace on of those meals with a replacement, more natural, nutritious, more vitamins, and depending on what 'boost' they add, more of that (protein, fiber, omega3 are some popular ones).
Jamba has nutrition info in every single store. People need to know that there are healthy drinks of every flavor. If you're looking for a meal replacement, then you need to be a little bit conscious of what you're ordering. Don't order off the 'sweet treats' menu. Those are just that- dessert drinks! And dont order the 'power' size (32oz). Go for the 16oz or 24oz.
Lastly, people need to know that any smoothie on the Jamba menu is Customizable. So you want the Strawberrys Wild but not want the frozen yogurt? No problem! Add some more strawberries instead! Swap outs are free at Jamba. Adding extra ingredients is always an option too, Jamba has carrot juice even if youre looking for a veg boost.
There's no reason that anyone should complain about the healthiness of Jamba smoothies. Just become familiar with the menu/ingredients and learn to order what you want/need for your own body.

i've always for the longest time counted calories. i pretty much only drink water. but i get my craving just like everyone else. hahaha i'm having one right now. somethings i do to shred off the calories in my drinks are request to make it less calories. yesterday my mom and i went to starbucks. i'm am very proud to say i get a java chip frappachino light. which was only 160 calories compared to the normal java chip frappachino which is like 440 calories. i was able to satisfy my craving while sticking to my goal.
