chocolate, used to eat m&ms with but now just drizzel over the top so I don't add to many calories.

I think that popcorn is an excellent snack, we eat popcorn when we have friday movie night at our house, it gives us a chance to be together because during the week everyone is so busy so fridays are wind down time with family ,no friends, no phones ,no work just us. My husband likes his cheese popcorn, me and my daughter like movie butter flavor and my son really has no preference he likes to add different flavors to spice his popcorn up. So we are different but it's awesome to try different flavors and see what works and what doesn't.

I love popcorn too! I used to pop it and add butter and I always got a stomach ache.
So I stopped eating it for awhile. I tried to eat it plain...no go! Then I found microwave white cheddar and I don't have any problems with that, and I eat a lot of it!! I would rather eat air popped but I can't eat it with out butter!

I airpop popcorn (I use a microwave popper) then spray it w/butter flavored cooking spray then sprinkle w/salt or flavored salt. I pop and eat three tablespoons at a time--about 120 calories. It makes a huge amount for few calories and is a healthy, filling snack.
