Microwave Pop Corn. Five cups make 9 grams of fiber. Also, it's grown without chem pesticides.

Well its not healthy but I put equal parts of butter and peanut butter in the microwave then coat the inside of a bowl with the liquid. Then I pour the popcorn into the bowl and toss the popcorn. The coating in the bowl gets fairly evenly distributed that way. OMG it is so good and definately calls for a spoon, unless you are into sticky fingers!

Eating a cup of popcorn before a meal will also help you eat less. I can eat it plain or with other toppings but only a small amount of butter. And I never get butter put on it at the movie theater as its way to oily, since it is basically butter flavored oil they are putting on YUCK!
