I add a butter spray purchased from Wal-Mart to start. Although it is sold with other sprays like "Pam", it does not at all taste like that and has no calories. A little salt, and then I have several topping choices. Several manufacturers make a white cheddar shake on flavoring, along with other flavors, that have very little calories and taste great. A homemade mix of chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin is also pretty awesome. I pop the corn in a microwave popcorn bowl that requires no oil and takes about 3 minutes for a 1/3 c of kernal bowl. Spray on the butter spray, add salt and spices, and you're ready for movie night.

Nutritional Yeast ( large flakes are best) and Spike. Spritz popcorn first with a small amount of melted Smart Balance light spread so yeast and spike stick to the popcorn. YUM!

I usually spray the popcorn with a little PAM type product so the salt will stick, throw some parm cheese and garlic powder too and YUM....mix it up and shake some hot sauce on top.

I am a popcorn addict. I make my own popcorn in a heavy stainless steel pot. I put only real butter and lightly salt the popcorn. I restrict my popcorn consumption to once a week and I eat a full bowl of popcorn at a sitting. My daughters call the bowl my "trough". I love popcorn - it is my favorite food.
