This is yummy too: Mix up a batch of cheeseless "parmesan" cheese.
1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 cup ground sesame seeds
2 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
1 t McKay's chicken-style seasoning
3 t lemon juice
Combine all ingedients except lemon juice in a blender or food processor. Blend until all are finely ground. Add lemon juice and process until well blended. Store in refrig. in airtight container.

I like a little canola spray and a light sprinkling of salt...nothing else needed!
Also, does anyone ever have a problem with your kernals flying out of the hot air popper??? It takes me three times before I get all the kernals popped because of that...but certain popcorn varieties don't do it (ie the black colored kernals)...just wondering...but it is one of my favorite snacks! And I don't stop at one heaping tablespoon of kernals...My regular serving is 1/4 cup of kernals!!! I do like it!

I love Microvave Lite (fat free) Kettle Corn but when I make my own, I like Red Pepper Flakes w/some Parm., Cheese. Also....when you want to cheat a bit...dip each kernel into chip dip (I like french onion)..just a dab not a scoop of the dip. I also put spray butter on my popcorn to save calories but still get some taste....
