Brewer's Yeast and garlic powder (just a bit)

This is yummy too: Mix up a batch of cheeseless "parmesan" cheese.

1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 cup ground sesame seeds
2 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
1 t McKay's chicken-style seasoning
3 t lemon juice

Combine all ingedients except lemon juice in a blender or food processor. Blend until all are finely ground. Add lemon juice and process until well blended. Store in refrig. in airtight container.

I have a Whirly Pop. I pop my popcorn w/ a teaspoon of olive oil and sprinkle it w/ Mrs. Dash's Tomato/Basil/Garlic seasoning blend. I'm addicted!

My favorite is a simple drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a dash of sea salt. Perfecto!
