Jessie asks: Do you long for desserts even when you're trying to watch your weight?

Jessie, I am a big fan of including dessert (especially chocolate!) in the menu, especially if a healthier dessert is selected most of the time - thank goodness for EW! As for the Hot Fudge Pudding Cake, will it keep a few days or does it need to be consumed at once? I have a small family, but would like to try it.

I also like quinoa, especially the EW Quinoa, Mango & Black Bean Salad and EW Quinoa Salad w/ Dried Apricots & Spinach. How do you prepare it to serve as a side?
