No, I'm not an intuitive eater. I can go a week without eating and not feel hungry, and sometimes I do. I also never feel full after a meal, which is probably because I naturally eat so slowly. Only if I have to rush do I feel full, and I feel like I shouldn't have to do that.

Yes, I am, but now I drink Koyu matcha green tea twice per day and that tea is amazing. It is from japan and now I can eat whatever I want when I want, but with that tea I don't take more weight, you should really try it.

Yes, I always have been.I eat what I want, when I want and how much I want to and surf, dance, play soccer, power walk with my iPod and other forms of fun exercise.Basically, I don't do anything I don't want to do.

I am not a full time intuitive eater, but I want to be at that level. When I think about dieting and then try it I get so anxious that I gain weight! Last time I was a nervous wreck and I can't put myself through that again. So, fatty as I am, my first priority is my peace of mind. I find that days I work I want to sit around and eat all kinds of junk but when I am not working I can take my time and enjoy my food. Sometimes I eat more than other times but I am not grabbing everything I can to pork out on and I will choose some fruit and such to eat as well. I feel like I will lose the weight I gained from the last diet if I relax. It will be interesting to see how this works out when I retire, in less than a year.

yes you're right. i'm an intuitive eater. ever since i gave myself full permission to eat what i want when i want in whatever quantity i want i have ended up less obsessed with food and eat more normally. the fever is over and i am 30 pounds down form the previous year's weight of 320. don't get caught up in the dieting game for it is a trap. the americans are a diet conscious nation and they are the most obese. the french don't know what diets are and they are ten times healthier. they enjoy fresh slow food and eat at a leisurely pace and zestfully luxuriate in the fresh outside air rather than the cubicle stuffy atmosphere. they're not that much into fast food either. i mean they really luuuuurve to eat. and they do it intelligently. that is the only secret.
