this article is way too vague. I mean good ideas, but since when did Fresh Grated Cheese and cayenne pepper=100 calories. How many chocolate squares with Nut butter=100 calories. I mean you took the Time to say How many Min. it takes to prepare,but shady on ingredients that would make the snacks caloric value.

someone must not have realized that all the ideas have links to the recipes. just click on the title.

i have tried the popcorn and the edamame, and both were pretty yummy.

since it's a snack i am not big on long prep. i want it in my belly in a few minutes. :) so the longer ones are not for me, but overall, a good article.

1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese mixed with chunks of roasted beets! YUM!
