Heart-Healthy Tip #8: Go Skinless

Good morning Healthy Hearts Club! Every day for American Heart Month, we’re posting a quick tip to help you eat for a healthier heart. Here’s today’s tip:

Go Skinless: Removing the skin from chicken saves 4 grams of fat and 1 gram of saturated fat (the kind that raises "bad" LDL cholesterol) for each 3-ounce serving.
