Nobody wants to be a party pooper, but celebrations, holiday and otherwise, can be a major obstacle for people watching their
weight. So you overdid it at the dinner table? Bump up your activity level a little to compensate. Before you settle in
post-feast, grab a walking buddy (or the whole family) and head outside for a brisk walk around the neighborhood. It will
boost your energy and your mood—and you might just get out of doing the dishes too!
