All you need to create any of these easy breakfasts is 3-ingredients—seriously. Beyond being insanely simple to make, they're also delicious and give you the inspiration you need to actually eat a healthy breakfast everyday.

Each of these 3-ingredient recipe serves 1 but you can make as many as your freezer can hold easily. Portion in freezer-safe containers or wrap individually in foil then place in a freezer-safe bag or container and you have ready-made breakfasts for up to a month! When you're ready to eat, simply pull out what you need and unwrap or uncover and microwave in 1 minute intervals until warmed through.

Ricotta-Berry Crepes

This simple take on classic crepes (pictured above) makes for a delicious and exciting breakfast. To make this tasty breakfast top 1 warmed 6-inch whole-wheat tortilla with 2 Tbsp. low-fat ricotta cheese and ¼ cup berries. Roll up, wrap in foil and freeze.

Breakfast Sausage Quinoa Bowl

IF you're looking for a savory take on your morning meal, this 3-ingredient breakfast takes the cake. Place 1/2 cup cooked quinoa in a freezer-safe container. Top with 1 cup cooked or frozen spinach and 2 sliced, cooked breakfast sausage links. Cover with a lid and freeze until you're ready to eat.

Waffle Breakfast Sandwich

You'll get both some sweet and savory flavors from this easy breakfast sandwich. Top 1 whole-wheat frozen waffle with 1 strip cooked bacon and 1 scrambled egg. Top with an additional waffle and wrap in foil. When reheating, leave the breakfast sandwich in the foil and heat in a toaster oven at 350F for about 10 minutes.

Berry Oatmeal Bowl

Simple but oh-so-delicious, this easy 3-ingredient oatmeal bowl is sure to please. Place 1 cup prepared oatmeal in a freezer-safe container. Top with ½ cup frozen berries and garnish with 2 Tbsp. chopped, toasted walnuts.

Grits 'n' Bacon

We're bringing it back to the comforting, savory breakfasts with this cozy grits bowl. Place 1 cup of prepared grits in a freezer-safe container. Top with 1 strip of cooked bacon (crumbled) and garnish with 2 Tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese.

Veggie Sausage English Muffin

For a jazzed-up vegetarian take on breakfast, all you need to do is slice open 1 whole-wheat English muffin, top with 1 cooked veggie sausage patty and 1 jarred roasted red bell pepper and boom—breakfast is done.

Not craving a regular oatmeal bowl? Then you have to try this sausage lentil breakfast bowl. Here's how to make it. Place 1/2 cup cooked lentils in a freezer-safe container. Slice ½ cooked Italian sausage link and add to the lentils. Top with 2 Tbsp. marinara sauce.
