Dunkin’s Fall Drinks Are Launching Next Week—and We Can’t Wait to Try Them
Get ready to run to your nearest Dunkin’.
Each year, I anxiously await the return of fall. I love the changing leaves and the warm, comforting flavors of the season. From apple-cinnamon to pumpkin spice, fall-flavored goodies are my absolute favorite. And now, fall is arriving even earlier than its intended calendar date, thanks to Dunkin’s new fall menu.
Starting August 19, Dunkin’ stores will carry their fall lineup for a limited time. The menu will feature the return of popular doughnut flavors like apple cider and pumpkin. Other food items include their Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich and new snacking options like Stuffed Bagel Minis, Steak & Cheese Rollups and Maple Sugar Seasoned Snackin’ Bacon. And while I’ll happily grab a doughnut (or two!), I’m most excited about their new drinks.
As part of their fall menu, Dunkin’ is releasing a Signature Pumpkin Spice Latte. According to a press release, the drink “combines rich, smooth espresso with pumpkin and vanilla flavors, topped with whipped cream, a caramel drizzle, and cinnamon sugar topping.” This drink sounds perfect for anyone who likes their coffee sweet. A 16 ounce iced version contains 300 calories, 11 grams of fat (of which 6 is saturated), 160 milligrams of sodium, 38 grams of sugar (of which 25 is added) and 8 grams of protein.
Dunkin’ goers can also order their new Chai Latte. The tea features spices like cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg and is combined with milk (sounds like fall in a cup to me!). A 12 ounce hot version contains 200 calories, 6 grams of fat (of which 3.5 is saturated), 100 milligrams of sodium, 1 gram of fiber, 27 grams of sugar (of which 18 is added) and 6 grams of protein.
In addition to these new drinks, Dunkin’ is bringing back their pumpkin flavor swirl, which can be added to their existing lineup of drinks including cold brew, espresso drinks, hot or iced coffee and more.
With the arrival of the fall menu next week, Dunkin’ is giving people something to look forward to. And while I can’t wait to indulge in these fall flavors, I only wish they could make the weather outside match.
