Every June, the LGBTQ community celebrates Pride month. While Pride initially honored the 1969 Stonewall Uprising in Manhattan, it is now a month-long celebration of the LGBTQ community, the rights they have fought for and their impact in history. And this year, Williams Sonoma has released a new rainbow-themed collection in honor of Pride.

In partnership with The Trevor Project, which works to provide crisis intervention and suicide prevention services for LGBTQ youth, the collection celebrates the rainbow-hued Pride flag. And for every purchase from the collection, Williams Sonoma will donate 50% of the purchase price to The Trevor Project.

The six-piece collection would be a bright addition to any kitchen and is a great way to support the LGBTQ community. My favorite piece is The Trevor Project Star Mug, which features the message "Your Future Is Bright" on the inside (buy it: Williams Sonoma, $15). Equally colorful is The Trevor Project Heart Mug, which features the message "Open Mind, Open Heart" on the inside (buy it: Williams Sonoma, $15). Both mugs also come in tall sizes, if you want a little extra volume (buy them: Williams Sonoma, tall star mug and tall heart mug, both $15).

In addition to the mugs, the collection also features a silicone spatula with a rainbow heart on it (buy it: Williams Sonoma, $15). I'm a big fan of these silicone spatulas because they're easy to clean and last a long time. (Check out these other Williams Sonoma spatulas where the proceeds go to No Kid Hungry). And rounding out the collection is The Trevor Project Candle, which smells like guava nectar and burns for up to 30 hours (buy it: Williams Sonoma, $25).

While Pride month is almost over, buying something from this adorable collection is an easy way to support the LGBTQ community. If you're interested in donating to The Trevor Project, you can do so here.
