Summer is in full swing with Starbucks' new menu offerings and summer deals. The company recently rolled out their Iced Guava Passionfruit Drink and their buy one, get one Happy Hour deal to welcome back customers as stores reopen. And their latest menu addition—the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich—is perfect for plant-based eaters who want to enjoy breakfast on the go.

Starting today, customers can indulge in a classic breakfast sandwich combination, but with a vegetarian twist. Instead of a meat sausage patty, the sandwich features an Impossible plant-based sausage patty along with a fried egg and cheddar cheese on ciabatta bread.

Each sandwich contains 430 calories, 23 grams of fat (8 of which are saturated), 190 milligrams of cholesterol, 830 milligrams of sodium, 36 grams of carbohydrates, 3 grams of fiber, 4 grams of sugar and 22 grams of protein. While we wouldn't eat one of these every day, the protein-packed sandwich would surely keep you full throughout the morning.

You can now buy an Impossible Breakfast Sandwich at most Starbucks stores. And if you want to save time, you can order ahead on the Starbucks mobile app. For a limited time, you can get a free beverage when you download the app and join Starbucks Rewards, so breakfast will be set.
