Do you miss going out for a fancy cocktail with your bestie or significant other? Yeah, us too. While we (unfortunately) don't have any control over the circumstances surrounding the new coronavirus, we can all try to make the best of social distancing. Thankfully, AirBnb has an awesome virtual activity for your at-home date night (or pal's night).

AirBnb has recently launched virtual experiences, including a meditation class with sheep. The latest one we're excited about? A gin cocktail class with a British bartender, Samuel, who normally leads in-person cocktail tours, in which you'll learn all about the history of gin and make three delicious cocktails at home.

The tour description encourages virtual participants to dress up to really get in the "spirit." (See what I did there? Sorry, social distancing is making me a little weird.)

To participate, you'll need a few things: A phone or laptop, a half-bottle of your favorite gin (plus any other spirits or liquors you have), something fizzy (like prosecco or Champagne), a cocktail shaker, a strainer or sieve, fresh citrus, some fruit juice (pineapple, apple or cranberry all work ), a mixer (think: ginger beer, lemonade or soda), some sweetener (honey or sugar), plus lots of ice.

The class lasts about 1.5 hours and is capped at 10 people, so you'll get lots of individual attention and cocktail tips. The experience starts at $20 per person, and people who have taken the class can't stop raving about Sam's energy and the delicious cocktails they made.

One user said: "Amazing! Sam was super engaging and knowledgeable. We had very specific questions about different liquors and he was always able to answer. Was so fun that I would do it again. I hope he ends up doing classes for different alcohols so I can justify doing another one with him! Highly recommend."

Another user said: "Samuel is the life of the party. He brings stories about the history of gin to the experience, uniquely crafts personal cocktails shaped to what you have on hand, and isn't shy to give a birthday shoutout for those celebrating a special occasion. I would highly recommend this experience for a fun weekend at home. We look forward to booking another class by Samuel soon."
