Great news: Trader Joe's is working on a whole bunch of exciting seasonal items for spring and summer! TJ's executives addressed a host of these products on their latest Inside Trader Joe's podcast episode, which dropped today.

This podcast episode is dedicated to the amazing home and beauty products Trader Joe's has to offer—and which ones to keep your eyes peeled for as the weather gets warmer. Here are the product launches we are most excited about:

Watermelon Face Spray

Watermelon has recently become a go-to skincare ingredient, as it is full of vitamin A,C and E to support healthy, glowing skin. It's also extremely hydrating—watermelon is 92% water! This face spray is loaded with all the goods—watermelon fruit extract, watermelon seed oil, squalene and hyaluronic acid—so your skin can stay vibrant and flake-free all day long. (Not to mention, it'll probably be a fraction of the price of this popular $28 one from Sephora!)

Watermelon Overnight Face Mask

If you love Trader Joe's Ultra Hydrating Gel Moisturizer, then this one's for you. This face mask will be a "super-concentrated version" of the beloved moisturizer with watermelon seed extract and oil so you can actually say, "I woke up like this."

While you're waiting for this amazing new product, you can try out Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask, which one of our editors swears by for supple skin during dry winter months. It's made with hyaluronic acid, which helps retain and regulate moisture in the skin.

Strawberry Body Scrub

This product is so new that Trader Joe's doesn't even have a name for it yet. This body scrub will have double the exfoliation power, using both sugar and strawberry seeds to slough off dead skin. You'll be spring break-ready in seconds after using this—and we're sure it smells amazing.

Summer Candle Trio

We are obsessed with Trader Joe's candles. Whether you're looking for a Capri Blue Volcano dupe or just want your house to smell like fresh-baked cookies, TJ's has a candle for that. Their summer candle trio is sure to be a hit with Strawberry Basil, Watermelon Mint and Pineapple Cilantro as the seasonal scents.

Tea Tree Oil Liquid Soap

If you haven't tried Trader Joe's tea tree oil hair and skincare products yet, they are sure to become an essential in your home. Whether you struggle with acne or just want to get your scalp squeaky clean, these tea tree oil-based products are an amazing deal for the money.

TJ's is adding another product to the tea tree oil line this year—a liquid soap for household use. The Mayo Clinic says tea tree oil has antibacterial properties, so now your house can get as clean as your face!

Laundry Soap Nuts

Trader Joe's isn't exactly the most sustainable place to shop for groceries, but the grocer has committed to more sustainable practices and is working on a new eco-friendly household product. Laundry soap nuts in muslin bags are coming to stores later this year. They are little balls of detergent that break down completely in your washer and make your clothes look—and smell—as good as new.

Upgraded Hair Care Products and Sunscreen

Trader Joe's execs also announced they will be revamping their hair care offerings. The grocer has recently introduced a hair mask and serum, but is planning on launching a non-aerosol dry shampoo later this year as well. We are very excited about this one.

Additionally, Trader Joe's has listened to consumer complaints regarding its use of oxybenzone in sunscreen products. Tara Miller, Trader Joe's marketing director, says that while oxybenzone is an effective way to protect against UVA rays, there is evidence that "it's not so great for coral and other things." The company will now be using zinc oxide, which is better for the environment and part of a concerted effort to reformulate the suncare products offered at Trader Joe's.
