"I like to keep my day full of positive vibes. The easiest thing anyone can do is to create a three-minute break, no matter where you are. Put the phone away, clear your space, make yourself a cup of tea, whatever makes you feel more self-aware."

Taking care of your hair is a form of self-care, and Jonathan rocks it. We asked him for his tips for getting those gorgeous long locks. His answer? It's threefold:

  • "I look for foods with plant-based oils and botanicals-just like I find in my hair products." Like lentils and avocado.
  • "Spray apple-cider vinegar in your hair before you go to sleep (make sure you put a towel on your pillow) and then wash it out in the morning."
  • "Get a trim, girl!"
