When I first fell in love with cooking and baking back in high school, all I could talk about was getting a fancy stand mixer like all the best bakers had. I was sick of the electric hand mixer my parents were gifted at their wedding 20 years prior (it reeked of burning plastic even on a low speed) and was convinced I could save my waitressing tips to buy myself one eventually. Luckily for me, my cousin ended up with two identical stand mixers after her wedding and so generously gave one to me. It remains one of my favorite gifts of all time and I still use it at least twice a week.

If you love to be in the kitchen, luxury kitchen items call to you not only for their beauty, but also for their function. And now there are more expensive and desirable products on the market than ever-the Instant Pot, Le Creuset Dutch ovens in every color under the sun and immersion cookers for sous vide cooking at home. Fortunately, Aldi has come in, once again, to save the day by releasing budget versions of these luxury items, all under $100, coming to stores this fall. Once each item hits shelves, it will only be available for a limited time-so run, don't walk to your nearest Aldi.
