Meal replacement bars are not a trend that is going anywhere, but it can be tough to find a product with desirable nutrition and flavor. We tried the variety pack of OHi bars to see how they stack up. Short answer: they do. These bars have familiar ingredients, impressive nutrition and delicious taste.

Each bar is unique in that it includes an adaptogen ingredient. Adaptogens are thought to be stress-reducing and immune-boosting. We did our research and found that there are legitimate benefits to adaptogens, but they are only significant when taken consistently. However, all of OHi's bars are vegan, gluten-free and grain free, so they probably work for whatever diet you follow. Not to mention, they are high in fat in protein from whole food sources so they will keep you full and satisfied. If you are on the go and need something quick to hold you over, give these bars a try.

  • 270 calories
  • 19 grams fat
  • 17 grams carbs
  • 4 grams fiber
