Magazine: Our flagship publication EatingWell, Where Good Taste Meets Good Health, has a paid circulation of 500,000 (going to 750,000 with the July/August 2013 issue) and an estimated audience of 1.8+ million North American readers per issue. (Member, Audit Bureau of Circulations.) It is published bimonthly (six times per year).

EatingWell Magazine is a tool designed to guide people passionate about eating more healthfully and joyfully in times when nutrition guidelines are ever-changing and when food is at the center of society-wide controversy and health concerns.

OUR STAFF

The EatingWell management and editorial team includes former editors, recipe developers, nutrition advisors, circulation and production staff who helped launch the original Eating Well Magazine in 1990.

Core senior members of the staff have a cumulative total of more than 240 years of magazine, book and web publishing experience among them, with more than 100 national and international awards for writing, editing, art direction, creative marketing and publishing excellence.

EatingWell’s in-depth articles, books, photography and website have been recognized more than a dozen times with some of the industry’s most prestigious awards. EatingWell has won eight James Beard Foundation Journalism Awards and two James Beard Foundation Book Awards. EatingWell has also won five IACP Bert Greene Awards for excellence in food journalism and seven Folio: Eddie Awards for excellence in editorial content and magazine design. Additionally, EatingWell won two National Health Information Awards, a NewsStand Resource Cover Contest and has been nominated for an IACP Cookbook Award and a Le Cordon Bleu World Food Media Award. Our website has won a WebAward for Magazine Standard of Excellence from the Web Marketing Association and two Web Health Awards for health promotion and disease prevention from the Health Information Resource Center.

Lisa Gosselin, Editorial Director
Background: Former editor-in-chief of Islands, Audubon and Bicycling, Lisa joined EatingWell as Editorial Director, overseeing magazine, Web and book content for EatingWell Media Group. Lisa grew up in France, holds a B.A. from Yale University and has completed the Stanford Professional Publishing program. She has written extensively on travel, food, the environment and the outdoors. Her passion for these topics come together here at EatingWell. Lisa divides her time between Salisbury and Stowe, Vermont.

Nicci Micco, Content Director, Custom Publishing & Licensing
Background: Nicci Micco has held staff positions at SELF and More and has a master's degree in nutrition and food sciences. As a freelance journalist, she has contributed nutrition, health and psychology features to various publications, including Cooking Light, Men's Health, Fitness, Ladies’ Home Journal and Family Circle. Nicci lives in Burlington, Vermont, with her husband and two sons.

Jessie Price, Deputy Editor, Food
Background: Jessie grew up in a family fanatical about food. Since she first lived on her own while attending Williams College, she’s been an avid home cook. She has cooked in restaurants in California and Colorado, including the Relais and Chateaux, Home Ranch near Steamboat Springs. A longtime recipe tester and developer for EatingWell, Jessie joined the editorial team full time in 2004 when she moved from San Francisco. She lives in Charlotte, Vermont, with her husband.
